The Certified Behavioral Consultant course conducted by Ian and Sarah, and the Certified Advanced Behavioral Consultant course conducted by Sarah, were very insightful. The basic course covered the behaviors one exhibits as a Public Self, when under pressure, and the actual self-identity. They were able to provide  many lively examples and draw connections as the participants share their experiences. The advanced course covered more indepth tools like Values, BAI style, TEAMS, etc. My greatest takeaway is on how the tools can be used for different purposes, including developing self-awareness, team development, recruitments, etc. Thank you Ian and Sarah.
