What is The Student Leadership Challenge®?
In a world of competition and constant change, we need leaders who can guide and empower their teams.
We believe that leadership is a conscious choice to make a positive difference to others by either stepping up for opportunities or in adversity.
That means that leaders can be made.
Through this programme, built upon The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®: Model the Way, Inspire a Shared Vision, Challenge the Process, Enable other to Act, and Encourage the Heart...
We will unlock the potential within each student to become leaders in their own spheres.

Frequently Asked Questions
There are 3 tiers of leadership training:
Self Leadership
The first tier is learning to identify personal values and goals and how to translate them into their lives. We teach them ways to lead themselves first.
Peer Leadership
The second tier focuses on the five behaviours of peer leadership. Identify areas of improvement, and learn how to create actionable steps to improve in targeted areas. Find the compass to lead.
Public Leadership
In the third tier of leadership training, students will learn how to influence and motivate others to drive for results. By this tier they will have the communication skills, drive and motivation to do so.
