About Sarah Goh
Sarah Goh was a practicing lawyer with a Master’s Degree in Law with the National University of Singapore, specializing in conveyancing, insurance law and corporate work.
In her 30s, she transitioned from law to a sales career where she was a Sales Director of a manufacturing company. This role allowed her to build on her natural enthusiasm and interpersonal skills to influence people, understand their needs, and present solutions that positively impact their lives. She loves the collaborative environments and was passionate about exceeding expectations by fostering long-term partnerships with clients.
Sarah is effectively bilingual. During her decade as a Sales Director, she was also engaged to run training in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
Sarah is an engaging speaker, trainer and a great story-teller. Her ability as an expert communicator and a natural speaker is recognized by all who has the chance to know her or hear her. Sarah took part in a Pecha Kucha event organized by the Asia Professional Speakers (APSS) in 2013- pitting against professional speakers and trainers (including those whose areas of training were Presentation Skills and Public Speaking) and won the competition.
In this season of her life, Sarah dedicates herself to conducting effective and engaging team building and leadership workshops as a corporate trainer. Sarah is a Certified Practitioner of The Five Behaviours™ programme and delivers the programme with sharp wit and clear insights, creating tangible and transformational results. Her ability to connect with participants quickly with authenticity is the reason organizations engages her to work with their teams year after year.
With a confident ease in expressing ideas easily and encouraging open dialogue, Sarah connects on a deep level with diverse clients. She believes in creating an environment where ideas are nurtured and collaboration is fostered.
As a Certified Advanced Behavioural Analyst, Sarah has accredited hundreds of HR professionals, senior management, trainers and consultants, educators, as well as business owners as behavioural consultants.
Sarah is known to her friends and clients to be spontaneous and warm, lively and full of zest. She exudes positivity in all she does and moves with great conviction.
