What does DISC stand for?

DISC is an acronym for the four personality styles of the DISC Personality System.
Everyone’s personality is composed in combination of some of these four styles:
D = Dominance
I = Influence
S = Steadiness
C = Compliance

What is a DISC identifier card?

The DISC identifier card identifies a person based on their place on the DISC quadrant, their traits and communication styles.

How do DISC profiles work?

DISC works as a guide to self-awareness. It measures learners adapt to the different personality styles, to build better relationships and teamwork:
- strengths
- limitations
- motivations
- preferred pace
- influencing others
- response to challenges
