  • Where Am I? 

    Through the use of self-assessment instruments and interactive exercises, participants will begin to understand where they are in their career exploration journey and be able to uncover their personal distinctiveness in terms of personality strengths, values, talents, abilities and interests
  • Who Am I? 

    Through DISC Personality System, participants will be able to understand themselves holistically, from their personality traits to their talents, skills, values, passion and interests. 
  • How Do I Move Forward? 

    Through the combination of the DISC Personality System, Multiple Intelligence Profile and RIASEC Code, participants will understand how to capitalise on their strengths to explore different possible career options and chart a possible career path.

What does DISC stand for?

DISC is an acronym for the four personality styles of the DISC Personality System.
Everyone’s personality is composed in combination of some of these four styles:
D = Dominance
I = Influence
S = Steadiness
C = Compliance

What is RIASEC?

RIASEC is an acronym that stands for Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising and Conventional. This test provides insights on the work one may enjoy doing or are more inclined to do.
