The Institute for Motivational Living is one of the largest publishers of DISC personality assessments and related materials. It is a training and publishing company designed to help people communicate better and work together more effectively.

Over the last thirty years, IML has developed and published numerous instruments, courses and other materials which have been used by groups and organizations on six continents.

The Institute also publishes a variety of profiles for use in counselling or consulting. They include two versions of the DISC Profile: The Personality System Profile, and the Biblical Personality System Profile. AC-ACE Creative Training Services was incorporated in Brunei in 2005. Not only do they offer training and consultancy, they also provide skill enhancement programmes, accreditation courses and Psychometric Assessment.
