3) IT Support Executive

Job Description

  • Interacts with internal clients on all levels to help resolve IT-related issues and provides answers in a timely manner:
  • Install and configure software and computer systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software/hardware
  • Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
  • Support the implementation of new solutions or applications
  • Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems
  • Test, evaluate and make decisions about new technology for the business
  • Builds and maintains vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products
  • Work with Office Manager or Division Heads in the reviewing and purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies
  • Maintenance of office equipment


As part of our Company’s re-structure and expansion, we are looking for an IT Support to join our dynamic team in the field of training. The successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a dedicated team, with the added satisfaction of working for our organisation committed in building capabilities in people. 

The successful candidate would be a reliable self-starter who is able to work autonomously, has initiative and takes pride in his/her work.

This position involves a variety of IT duties assisting the team in providing good customer service and general functions in supporting all relevant Divisions.

Applicants are required to possess:

  • Good working attitude
  • Great communication skills – both verbal and written
  • An eye for details
  • Ability to work independently and good in follow-up
  • Well organised – having a willingness to learn
  • Good computer knowledge
  • Minimum qualification – ‘O’ Level of ITE/Poly
  • Experience is not a criteria as on-the-job-training will be provided, though it would be advantageous


Marketing IT Support

Carry out essential functions in support of marketing executives who are involved in developing marketing campaigns that promote programmes, products and services.


Sales Support

Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department. Utilises skills to make certain that all sales people have the proper equipment or literature to do their job.


Training Support

Undertakes administrative job duties as it pertains to the training department. Utilises skills to make certain that all trainers have the proper equipment/materials to do their job.
