The training uses 4 modules to get to know your students:

My Personality Style
Using the student’s DISC report to understand their personality traits.

My Learning Styles
Understanding how the Perceptual Learning Style assessment identifies an individual’s preferred channels of receiving and absorbing new information (via Auditory, Visual and Kinesthetic).

My Thinking Styles
This module uses the Cognitive Thinking Style assessment to identify an individual’s preferred pattern of cognitive processing (Literal, Intuitive, Theoretical, Experiential).

Bringing It All Together
Learn how to analyse and combine the different learning styles to create optimum learning strategy for students to retain the most on the subject matter.
