Our Solution
Following a thorough understanding of the challenges and objectives of the team in APAC, Lifeskills Institute provided 'The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team' solution, which was customized to the specific requirements of the team.
Based on Patrick Lencioni's international best-seller 'The Five Dysfunctions of a Team', the programme was designed to identify and develop individual leaders while enhancing group dynamics and communication styles. The solution included leadership coaching for selected managers and workshops eight months later to track progress.'The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team' programme measured team cohesiveness through five behaviours: Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability and Results.
Through this programme, team members discovered how effective communication and objective feedback can transform team culture. The programme was also powered by DISC personality model, which helped participants better understand how personalities contribute to team development.
