The Leadership Challenge® Workshop (领越® 领导力研修) is an intensive programme based on the award-winning book, The Leadership Challenge, by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.


The Leadership Challenge® Workshop is a unique, intensive, and highly interactive experience that has served as a catalyst for profound leadership transformations in organisations of all sizes and in all industries. Workshop attendees often describe how The Leadership Challenge® is more than a training event, how it truly changed their lives. It’s a bold statement, we know, but we’ve watched it happen time after time, leader after leader.



Workshop attendees can expect a rigorous and effective programme delivered through content-rich lectures, group discussions, workbook exercises, card games, video case studies, and team problem-solving activities.

Learners will gain deep insight into how they see themselves as leaders, how others view them, and what actions they can take to improve their effectiveness and be able to apply the acclaimed Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership model. Specifically, they’ll be able to:

  • Identity their own leadership strengths and areas to improve on
  • Understand the importance of credibility and living fundamental values
  • Inspire others around a common vision of the future

  • Identify the frequency of their personal leadership behaviors—as measured by the Leadership Practices Inventory and proven to enhance the effectiveness of leaders

  • Set the example for others by aligning their actions with shared values
  • Express their image of the future
  • Inspire others to share a common vision
  • Search for opportunities to change and improve
  • Experiment with innovative ideas and learn from accompanying mistakes

  • Strengthen the ability of others to excel
  • Recognize the accomplishments of others

Each participant will receive:

  • The Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI) 360 Individual Report (includes LPI Self and unlimited LPI Observers)
  • Group Summary Aggregate Report (Complimentary)
  • Values Sort Card
  • Leadership Development Planner



Learners will be required to participate in the Leadership Practices Inventory about three weeks before the start of the programme.

They would be required to complete a Self-Assessment and find at least 8 raters, including Direct Reports, Manager, Peers or others to complete the 360online report.
