Based on the well-known and widely used DISC Personality System, this specially designed 2 – day intensive certification and training programme in behavioural analysis will provide you with a framework to understand human behavior more profoundly. DISC Certification – CBC explores four basic personality styles and you learn to relate better to someone of a different style.

The Extraordinary Coach™ Certification/ The Extraordinary Leader Certification/ The Leadership Levers/ Elevating Feedback/Extraordinary Performer™ Certification

Certification: Authorization by Zenger Folkman for a named Facilitator to undertake the administration and delivery of the specific program.  Certification is conducted for each ZF product/program individually.

Steps to Certification

  1. Attend standard workshop (preferably delivered by ZF Master Facilitator)
  2. Complete Facilitator Agreement
  3. Receive workshop Facilitator Kit, which contains a Participant Manual, Facilitator Guide and electronic files
  4. Complete Pre-work as specified by Master Facilitator, which usually includes:
  • Readings (books, white papers)
  • Content Assessment (self-paced, with answers)
  • Instructional Walkthrough (narrated PowerPoint in mp4 format)
  • Review of all materials (videos, Participant Manual, Facilitator Guide, slide deck, etc.)
  1. Attend Certification Workshop or Endorsement Webinar (see content below)
  2. Co-delivery or Master Facilitator Observation
