What is LearningKeys™?

LearningKeys™ utilises a student-friendly personalised profile that uncovers a youth’s personality (DISC), learning (AVK), thinking (LITE) style – to optimise a student’s learning ability.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does DISC stand for?

DISC is an acronym for the four personality styles of the DISC Personality System.
Everyone’s personality is composed in combination of some of these four styles:
D = Dominance
I = Influence
S = Steadiness
C = Compliance

How do DISC profiles work?

DISC works as a guide to self-awareness. It measures learners adapt to the different personality styles, to build better relationships and teamwork:
- strengths
- limitations
- motivations
- preferred pace
- influencing others
- response to challenges
