About Dr Jeremy Gwee

Dr. Jeremy Gwee, retired from the international banking sector and now serves as a trainer, coach, and mentor for senior management teams navigating organizational transformation.

With a robust career spanning 38 years, Jeremy has held significant roles in banking, audit, IT, and management consulting with leading multinational companies, including Maybank, Deutsche Bank, Ernst & Young, Headstrong, IBM, and HSBC.

Dr. Gwee holds a doctorate in transformational leadership and is trained in positive psychology, specializing in evidence-based assessment methods for training and coaching business leaders. He is a Fellow at the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning (ITOL) and serves as an adjunct coach at the Institute of Banking and Finance. Additionally, he is a visiting lecturer and Honorary Fellow at the Edward Cadbury Centre for the Public Understanding of Religion at the University of Birmingham, UK. Jeremy also lectures at several universities, sharing his expertise and insights with the next generation of leaders.
