Extraordinary Coach™ programme is a 1-day, instructor-led, skills-building experience that utilizes fun and engaging videos with practice and feedback activities to hone your coaching skills. 

The FUEL model provides an outline to guide a variety of conversations throughout the employee life cycle and it’s simple, intuitive and easy for leaders to implement and adapt to various situations. 

With a robust assessment tool, the Coaching Attributes and Perspectives Assessment helps participants identify their preferences across three leadership styles that can support or hinder successful coaching conversations.
