Zenger Folkman’s approach to establishing effective coaching practices is grounded in thirty years of research and focuses on building strengths. Participants will learn to model specific skills that help others expand their awareness, discover their own superior solutions and implement better decision.
Extraordinary Coach™ programme is a 1-day, instructor-led, skills-building experience that utilizes fun and engaging videos with practice and feedback activities to hone your coaching skills.
The FUEL model provides an outline to guide a variety of conversations throughout the employee life cycle and it’s simple, intuitive and easy for leaders to implement and adapt to various situations.
With a robust assessment tool, the Coaching Attributes and Perspectives Assessment helps participants identify their preferences across three leadership styles that can support or hinder successful coaching conversations.
