Programmes Conducted:

The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team

“Huge thanks to Ian, Sarah, and Enoch for their facilitation to bring out the best of my team towards a super cohesive team. This highly engaging programme is packed with self -reflection and team activities. With the safe environment they created, my team was able to be vulnerable (so be prepared to bring your tissues or handkerchief). This is not just a workshop but a life changing programme. We were able to identify practical and tangible actions to be more efficient in achieving departmental goals, and have more fun as well as being a cohesive team.  I have gained useful insights on myself and my leadership style from the assessment tools and open feedbacks. Thank you for the opportunity to learn these new skills.”

“My team and I had enjoyed the 2-day workshop last week. Ian and Sarah did an excellent job injecting a lot of energy and fun into all of us. Both of them were engaging, very well organized and pleasant to deal with and were confident in leading such a diversed PH F&B partcipants. It was a pity though that some of our team members were not able to join (Sarah – 2 days due to Covid while Jamlen on the 2nd day due to eye problem). We will definitely share what we had learned to them and will do another sharing session with the team in deep sharing about us, our history/childhood experiences which influenced our behaviors/characters now. I also like the DiSC profile discussion wherein each team member appreciated and realized how one person behaves, thinks and acts. I particularly liked how interactive the workshop was --- thank you for listening to my request during our pre-workshop discussion ---- this really made those softspoken individuals to speak up and talk about the “elephant in the room”. I also appreciate how you emphasized to the team on trust and respect esp on any decisions by the team and /or their leaders and choosing if they still want to “speak up” or “move on (letting go and trusting others)” after a firmed decision is already made. This 2-day workshop is a great start for the team to open up more amongst each other and we are all keen to learn further & discuss with you on the improvements after 6 months. I look forward working with Lifeskills Institute SG and our HR/Talent Development Team (c/o Debbie) in the follow-thru discussion with my team and also to working with you into the future on other team-building related workshops.”
