Mek Enoch is a Talent Management Consultant in Lifeskills Institute and holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from the Singapore Management University,
Enoch has over 4 years of experience of working in the mental sector in Singapore during which he provides emotional support and counselling to close to 300 patients who has been diagnosed or are at-risk of mental health conditions. He was also active in creating public awareness on mental health issues and well-being within the community through trainings, workshops, and public mental health screenings.
Enoch was also assigned as the Programme Head overseeing and managing the operations of various mental health related projects for the communities that has managed close to 2000 patients who are at-risk of or has been diagnosed with mental health conditions. During the pandemic lockdown period, Enoch has joined the National Care Hotline team as a Duty Care Officer (DCO) to provide emotional support to callers nationwide who has been emotionally and psychologically affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic. Recognizing the rise in mental health issues during the pandemic period, Enoch has spearheaded an online initiative where he led a team to develop and publish mental health content and material via corporate social media platforms that has reached out to more than 24,000 audience and counting.
Being a keen learner of Psychology, Enoch joins the professional training and coaching industry with the goal of applying the knowledge of Psychology to aid others in self-discovery and to uncover their potential.
